Justine and Amy are the directors of Blossom Management. This dynamic duo bring experience, expertise and energy to the drama school and talent agency.
As educators and mothers themselves both Justine and Amy bring compassion, understanding towards their students, members and their families.
MEET THE DIRECTORS
Amy Skene (nee Pagano)
B.Ed (Primary), Diploma of ASCA, ATCL (Trinity) Cert.Comm. (ASCA)
Amy is the Co-Director of Blossom Management. She has her Bachelor of Primary Education and an Associate Diploma in Speech and Drama with the Trinity College of London and Australian Speech Communication Association. For the past ten years Amy has taught Speech and Drama, and communication skills at every level, (K-12). She is an executive member of ASCA.
For the past fifteen years Amy has modelled extensively throughout Australia and overseas in commercials, catalogues and advertorials. Amy taught at a well renowned finishing school for four years and continues to consult in voice, speech and deportment for various agencies in Sydney. Amy also adjudicates at Speech and Drama Eisteddfods locally and nationally.
Justine Olrog
B.Ed (Primary) University of Sydney
Justine is the Co-Director of Blossom Management. She has over fifteen years experience in Performing Arts and Education. She studied Performing Arts and Education at The University of Sydney. She also studied AMEB Speech and Drama and is a committee member of ASCA (Australian Speech and Communication Association) and SDTAQ.
Justine taught in Primary and Teaching and Learning at a leading independent school for eight years and also headed many Drama programs in a number of schools. Justine enjoyed establishing and running successful reading, writing and spelling groups, which she always brought to life with a touch of drama. She has extensive experience in performance and direction and has performed many key leading roles at different theatres. During the past ten years Justine has also directed and produced a number of very successful children’s plays. She has also worked in television, organising talent for castings and commercials.

Patsy Templeton – Casual Drama teacher
LTCL, ASDA (Hons.)
Patsy has been passionate about theatre since she was 5, dancing, acting and writing! Her theatre training was with The Independent Theatre at North Sydney, under the direction of Doris Fitton. She has been teaching drama since 1991, firstly at Abbotsleigh at Wahroonga and from there has run her own individual and group classes at local schools in the Northern Suburbs area, concentrating on group work and presentation skills. Patsy is very keen to encourage young people's interest in theatre; she has directed school plays as well as pantomimes at Pymble Players, and has prepared many students for Eisteddfods and Speech and Drama exams through the AMEB and Trinity College syllabuses.
NATASHA FRIZE – Harbord and Brookvale Studio Drama Teacher
Bachelor of Education (Physical Education), Dip.Ed
Natasha brings a wealth of experience to Blossom Drama School, having just completed her work on the Baz Luhrmann Production “Australia” where she tutored the main child actor, Nullah, Brandon Walters. She was also involved with the tutoring of Brandon Walters on the “Australian Tourism Commercials”. Natasha attended the Max Rowley Media Academy where she learnt script writing; developed voice training: gained on-camera technique; enhanced visual and vocal personality; improved presenting techniques and ‘auto-cue’ reading. Natasha has had a number of years experience in Television with pilots/shows assisting in the audition process to select presenters; assist in script writing; improvisation; role-playing, researching and stylising of props.
“The Acting Workshop” Drama school employed Natasha over several years, working with Celeste Dodwell, who now plays a regular character on Home and Away. Natasha, while there, also taught theatre sports; improvisation; scene/script analysis and assisted in preparing children for their final productions.
